Miko Group's ThinkGreen Initiative and Hymotion (Friday, December 14, 2007)
As a part of Miko’s “Think Green” initiative, the company has signed with Hymotion to convert the company Prius to a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). Hymotion’s Battery Range Extender Modules (BREMs) convert Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) into Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles (PHEV) with 100+mpg fuel efficiency.
Dramatic cuts in our petroleum-based fuel consumption and ultra-low carbon dioxide emissions will have a very positive effect on our community. In addition, it is our desire to pass these savings on to our customers. More information on Miko’s "ThinkGreen” initiative can be found here.

Miko Group chosen to serve as a Chamber Ambassador (Wednesday, November 28, 2007)

Miko Group nominated for 2007 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award

Miko Group today announced it has been nominated for the 2007 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award. The Freedom Award is the highest honor the Department of Defense bestows in recognition of the outstanding support America’s employers provide to their employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve. Final selection will be made by September 15th.
Miko Group opens new headquarters

Miko Group Inc. announced today the opening of their new headquarters at 316 South Peters Avenue in Norman, Oklahoma. The new, 5500 sq ft facility provides sufficient space and infrastructure for the anticipated growth in support of our current and future customers.
