Reading Institute Attendees
This conference will bring together representatives of States, districts, and schools from across the country to address the challenges of implementing scientifically based reading instruction. The conference provides an opportunity for K-3 teachers, reading coaches, and administrators to network with colleagues while attending presentations from some of the Nation’s leading experts in the field.
Districts and schools are encouraged to have teams (e.g. an administrator, coach, and teacher from the same school) attend the conference together. Each individual will be able to attend sessions focused on their role in improving literacy skills. At the end of each day, teams will be able to work together in facilitated discussions to plan for maintaining and expanding rigorous reading programs.
Priority in Registration will be given to Reading First grantees. Non Reading First Personnel may be able to register at a later date subject to availability.
